Sahara/Dune/Etosha/Oasis/Corduroy Fabrics
Staining
These textiles do not feature built-in stain protection. While prompt cleaning can assist in reducing staining, complete stain removal cannot always be achieved depending on the substance, exposure time, and fabric selected.
-
If you do stain your sofa try removing the stain with a solution of water (not more than 30˚C) and neutral soap (Glycerine Soap).
-
If a dry stain occurs, remove excess material with a dry cloth and then vacuum off any remains.
-
We can offer MasterGuard application to your sofa at additional cost.

Cushion Maintenance & Natural Characteristics
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your upholstered seating, regular maintenance is recommended as part of normal use.
-
High-density seating foam is designed to soften and settle over time as part of the natural break-in process, while still maintaining long-term support and durability.
-
Areas that are used more frequently may settle or soften faster than less frequently used areas. This is a normal characteristic of upholstered seating and does not necessarily indicate abnormal foam deterioration or a manufacturing defect.
-
Fibre-filled back cushions require regular plumping, reshaping, and adjustment to maintain their appearance, loft, and comfort over time.
-
Certain fabrics chosen by the client, particularly softer and textured textiles, may naturally develop pressure marks, creasing, pile variation, and a more relaxed appearance with use.
-
Regular rotation, movement, and repositioning of loose seating cushions is recommended to promote even wear and maintain overall comfort and appearance over time.
-
Variations in softness, comfort, and visual appearance may develop gradually with use and form part of the normal evolution of upholstered furniture over time.
