How do I order online or request a quote?
You can request a quote online by completing the ‘Request a Quote’ form on the relevant product page or by contacting us directly.
When completing the form:
Select your preferred product and specify the fabric range and fabric code. You can refer to our Fabric Portfolio (https://www.sofasincsa.com/fabric-portfolio)to browse all available options.
Add any additional details or requirements in the comments section.
Once your request is submitted, we will send you a personalised quote. After you approve the quote, an invoice will be issued with payment options.
Your order is confirmed and enters production once the 50% deposit is received.
What information do you need to quote accurately?
To quote accurately, we require your selected design, fabric choice, and delivery area.
Please include:
• Selected design (product name or link from our collection)
• Orientation (if applicable): LHS or RHS
• Fabric selection: fabric range and fabric code
• Delivery area: suburb/city and postal code
You can also add any additional requests, such as:
• MasterGuard fabric treatment
• Dimension adjustments (please include the exact measurements required)
• Any other notes or preferences
What does LHS and RHS mean?
LHS means Left Hand Side, and RHS means Right Hand Side. These terms describe the sofa’s orientation when you are facing it.
All relevant products on our website show both orientations to help you decide which option works best for your space. When placing an order, please specify your preferred orientation.
Do you have sofas available for immediate purchase?
Yes, we have selected sofas available for immediate purchase.

Do your sofas come standard with clips?
Yes, certain sofa designs include interlocking brackets (clips) as standard to secure the sections.
Some designs do not require clips, depending on the structure and configuration of the sofa.
